We are a small team offering personal service, we have a sense of humour and we don't mind hard work. The team is made up of Jude and Colin Morgan (owners of the company committed full time to the business), Kerry Consedine and Colin Deane (both part time employees).

Jude Morgan
Jude is the Managing Director of the Company. Her background is in senior management in the areas of sales and marketing. Jude is a "people person" and her business background has helped her develop excellent leadership, communication, organisational and quality process skills (ISO9001 experience).

Colin Morgan
Colin is the second share holder in the company. He has a background in policing and spent 27 years with the New Zealand Police. Most of this time was as a Detective Sergeant in the Criminal Investigation Branch. He has developed many skills in working with other people and in particular has developed a good insight into people and their character.

Kerry Consedine
Kerry has been working with Harvic part-time since June 2000. She has completed her honours degree in Criminology at Victoria University with first class honours. Kerry carries out administrative duties and also assists Jude and Colin with out-of-office work including viewings of properties to rent, new tenancies and property inspections.

Colin Deane
Colin has been working with Harvic part time since October 2000. He concentrates on making sure rents are paid on time every time; accounts are paid to our tradespeople and everything is up to date ready to roll at the end of the month ensuring on time payments are made to our clients. Colin also assists with any general office duties; tenants queries, arranging maintenance; keeping the inspection lists up to date and notification letters sent out etc.
